At first iols ingat it was some new fancy bracelet with silver-plated metal and Chamonix calfskin, but on closer inspection, I realised it too was a USB flash drive. Uiks! Another noted piece is the Chanel Moscow Russian Doll, which was seen toted around town by singer Lily Allen. Clutch bag ittew tersangatlah cute occay! ( Yes! it's a clutch! ) Move over Judith Leiber and say hello to Chanel Moscow Russian Doll! Clearly it's something you either love or hate, especially with the almost SGD5000 price tag. T_T Harganya sangats jauh berbeza dengan those leather ' paper bag ' tote yang iols tunjuk kat entry sebelum nie kann? But iols totally heart the clutch bag! Kawaii~

Fall / Winter 2009 Womens Chanel

Uiks! It may be too early to look at what's coming out next season, but since it's a rather slow day today dan iols tersangatlah kebosanan, Iols decided to check out the Fall-Winter 2009 Womens Chanel collection.

First up, we've got the textured brick-esque clutches topped with giant Chanel-ed clasps. Addinch lah sangat innovative, but definitely one that's going to have fans. Tapi rasanya design nie sangatlah addinch berbaloi untuk dibeli sebab it's not even their classic range. No quilting, no chain, no charms or even their famous tweed and camelias! So sangats addinch berbaloi kann? Baik uols simpan duit ittew beli Chanel flap bag or even those famous 2.55.

Sekali tengok macam those bricks on the wall. Or tetris?

Next we got a gorgeous Chanel 2.55 that looks to be made of woven wool, or something equally thick and lush. Iols sangats suka dengan yang nie. Materialnya pon nampak tersangatlah lembut untuk dipegang.

The backpack does look a wee bit severe, but it's still rather wearable. Sekali tengok it looks like those bag yang student Jepun pakai pergi sekolah. Uols addinch percaya? Pergi tengok balik siri Doraemon, Sailormoon or even Ultraman. Kann semua pakai beg macam ittew kann? Kaiser karl heart Japan kah dalam koleksi nie? Kalau uols malas nak galas kat belakang, uols boleh feeling-feeling bawak briefcase. Heheks!

Highlight of the show

So far everything is rather unassuming, till we get to these. I am hoping for everyone's sake that these acrylic/plastic cases are just for representation, filled with makeup and fragrances from Chanel. Tapi kalau the classic Chanel 2.55 or flap bag is now sold this way, it wouldn't be a bad idea too, buy a bag and get makeup and a fragrance of your choice for free. Bayangkan uols beli Chanel 2.55 & uols merasa dapat Chanel No.5 & lipgloss palette for free! Iols suka iols suka! Heheks!

Tapi bila fikir-fikir balik, if Karl can get away with selling leather ' paper bags ' for almost RM 5000 and up, he can sell anything else. Really. Am iols right or am iols right?

Uiks! Iols rasakan all the famous designer or world known designer brands sekarang nie addinch boleh duduk diam. Apa yang iols maksudkan ialah kalau before this all the designers focus more on clothes, bags or shoes tapi zaman sekarang semua sudah berubah.

Addinch cukup dengan clothing line, diorang bergiat aktif pulak buat collaboration dengan jenama handphone terkemuka ( Think Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani and Prada ), their own furniture line ( Ralph lauren and Bottega Venetta ), hotel dan resort mewah ( Versace dan Armani ), koleksi kereta mewah ( Hermes dan Paul Smith ) and even private jet or helicopter! ( Versace ). The list is go on and on...

Louis Vuitton bag charms are priced about the same except this one has more uses than just being ornamental. Talk about beauty and brain... Gittew kann?

Marc Jacobs Special Items Collection

Uiks! Sometimes when it goes so wrong you just know it has to be right. And in the case of the Marc by Marc Jacobs Special Items collection, you may snigger all you want but deep down you would not mind owning an item or two. ( But in my case, iols want them all !!!) Iols once read somewhere that Mr Jacobs (being that true visionary that he is) purposely launched Special Items to start them young, attracting kids, tweens, teens who can't afford much but want to be seen with designer names.


And according to his theory, as they get older they generally progress next to Marc by Marc Jacobs and then on to Marc Jacobs. Keeping it all in the family, and keeping his tills full. Walaupon iols pon bukanlah kids but iols sure wouldn't mind the Marc by Marc Jacobs USA Tote (USD18), which is just kitschy-fabulous. Other bits that are great for summer include the Marc by Marc Jacobs Swim Cap (USD10) in bright neon colours,( Matilamak verangans tahu berenang kann? ) the MJ Water Bottle (just USD5 each! It's even cheaper than my Esprit water bottle! Sangats keji kann?) and Marc by Marc Jacobs Flower Tote, at just USD18 each.


Seriously, dengan harga yang sangats mur-mur macam nie, would you even resist? And no they are not available in Malaysia or even Singapore, *sigh* only in selected boutiques around the world including New York, London and Hong Kong (Kingston Street, Causeway Bay). Sangats keji kann?

Muji City Scarf

Uiks! Iols saw these lovely scarves first on Bagaholicboy, rupa-rupanya bukan dia sajork yang ada scarves nie. Malahan Excess Baggage & Mr. Duck pon ada jugak occay! So iols tersangatlah drooling untuk mendapatkan scarf nie.


Since there is no Muji in Malaysia so iols pon mencuba nasib untuk cari scarf nie kat Singapore. Iols pon try cari kat one of the outlet kat Paragon. Malangnya Sales Assistant yang bertugas addinch tahu apa-apa pasal scarf nie. So iols speku yang scarf nie belum launch lagi in Singaporelah. Kecewa.

Iols nak sangats-sangats Muji City Scarf London and the Muji City Scarf Paris, which iols berpendapat yang ianya tersangatlah berguna untuk iols nie. Almaklumlah iols nie kann buta arah. Nak harapkan GPS my cell phone nie cikai sajork. Jangankan GPS, 3G & MMS pon nan ado occay! Sedih sangats kann?


Lagipon since Ambi, Angie & Ash is staying in France so feeling-feelinglah sambil melawat diorans nanti iols sempat singgah ke France kann? Alaa sundels... Verangan bukannya kena bayar kann? Uiks! To all Sex & The City's wannabe...Rejoice!!! Iols ada berita baik untuk uols. A Sex and the City range of women's clothes, designed by the show's stylist, akan dijual di Marks & Spencer. Yes uols! The British high street chain signed the £5 million deal with the American designer, Patricia Field.

Koleksi yang bertemakan "Destination Style New York" ittew telahpon dilancarkan tahun lepas di Britain dan sekarang giliran rakyat Malaysia untuk merasai bahangnya. So ittew bermakna uols pon boleh dapatkan koleksi tersebut di butik Mark & Spencer.

Celebrity stylist yang addinch perlu diperkenalkan lagi- Miss Field, yang jugak dikenali sebagai wardrobe wonders untuk siri TV dan filem Sex And The City, TV show Ugly Betty dan filem The Devil Wears Prada. Tapi kebanyakan helaian dalam koleksi 60-piece Marks & Spencer nie diinspirasikan dari US series Sex and the City.









Uols ingat lagi tak dengan dress putih dengan bunga selambak yang dipakai Carrie Bradshaw lakonan Sarah Jessica Parker dalam Sex & The City The Movie? Haa!!! Berita baik uols! But personally iols tengok dress nie kurang Oomph! factor sebab warna hitam yang kurang menonjol serta bunga yang addinch sebesar macam yang Carrie pakai. Tapi dari sudut positifnya dress ittew sangat sesuai dipakai oleh semua orang sebab addinch terlampau OTT. Lagipon kann hitam ada slimming effects maka sesuai sangatslah untuk Teddytalez kann? Apa yang uols akan nampak? Chances are, girls on all sides are sporting 2008's biggest trend in footwear. Apa lagi uols kalau bukan gladiator sandal.
